Kate Walsh‘s latest album, Light and Dark, is finally available now. Since we found out in January 2009 that Olly and Gale worked with her on her new album, I (for one) have been awaiting this release with particular excitement. Especially, after the awesome Canterbury gigs, where Kate was support act and Olly joined her on stage for one of the collaborations, Greatest Love.
Anyway, the album is available on CD
and high quality MP3 (check here for MP3 samples). Olly duets with Kate on vocals on Greatest Love and Trying, while Gale works his magic on the slide guitar on the latter track. The album is released without help from a big company, so please support Kate Walsh if you can! I hope to post a review as soon as my copy arrives.
