On Tuesday night, the 23rd of May, Turin Brakes played to the sold-out audience of the Spiegeltent. They played a total of 5 new songs: Other Side (of the world), Brave New World, (Just Like) Real Life, Ghost, and Ever ready. Jeanne on the experience: “At first, while listening outside, we didn’t even think it was Turin Brakes.. but then we heard Olly’s voice, and realized it was. All I can say is that the new songs are a mix of fast and slow, and the new album has incredible potential to be the best yet. Gale’s slide on The Other Side was enough to bring me to my knees.”
