The song “the optimist” is one of my favourite songs of Turin Brakes and still is. Its super beautiful and just one of the best songs ever. My only complaint is a weird one but on the cd, that song is attached to the ‘secret song’ so that track is like 10 minutes long, making it a long songto put on mix cds for people (and myself) but other than that…. PERFECTION.
