Good news for those waiting to get a physical copy of Turin Brakes’ Talk Talk cover, Ascension Day. The compilation this was recorded for, Spirit of Talk Talk, can be acquired now via your local cd store or online retailers like Amazon. Besides Turin Brakes, the compilation features two discs of artists covering Talk Talk songs, like Zero 7, Jason Lytle, Goldheart Assembly and the drummer of Bon Iver.

This Thursday, Turin Brakes will be playing a set at the cd launch party at 229 in London. TB revealed on Facebook that Gale will also be part of the grande finale. Details here. The accompanying book featuring pieces by various members of Turin Brakes will be published this month. Awesome.
