The mastering of the new Turin Brakes album, We Were Here, took place at Abbey Road studio yesterday. Olly’s solo album was mastered there as well – and I think Outbursts as well, so it makes for a good tradition I guess. Mastering means they’re transferring the recordings to a master copy of the album that is used to produce all other copies, basically.
