If you were at Turin Brakes’ glorious Brighton gig on the We Were Here tour, there’s a chance you’ll hear yourself on Kevin Pearce’s live EP that is out now. He released four songs of his support slot at St Georges Church in Brighton. While Olly and Gale can’t be heard on the EP, they are credited with recording the set (Recorded live by Simon Holliday, Gale Paridjanian and Olly Knights) and there’s plenty of Turin Brakes fans in the audience singing along to track 3, Circular Haze. Other songs include highlight Dynamite, recent single We’ve Been Loving and set closer The Wormhole.
The sound quality is pretty good and there’s some pre-song banter included as well. So, check it out! You can check out the EP by streaming it in full on Bandcamp, although you can’t really go wrong by buying it… 😉
