The Whisky Sessions is a brand new music and whisky festival taking place at Manchester’s Victoria Warehouse on Friday 21 & Saturday 22 November 2014. Turin Brakes are playing on Saturday 22 November right before headliners Gomez. Featuring 24 bands, two stages, whisky tastings, specialist bars with a great range of whiskies, cocktails, beers & ciders, a street food zone, and a Whisky Hotel, The Whisky Sessions is a unique music experience with a whisky twist!
It sounds like a perfect evening to me ;). Other bands playing on the Saturday are: The Riptide Movement, Marcus Bonfanti, The Young Folk, Rainy Boy Sleep. On Friday the lineup is: I am Kloot, Admiral Fallow, Matthew And The Atlas, Treetop Flyers, Jon Allen, Emily Barker & The Red Clay Halo and Lisbee Stainton.
Tickets are on sale here and cost 35 GBP (55 GBP for VIP tickets). Each ticket includes a limited number of whisky tastings in the Whisky Hotel on site.
If you prefer to see Turin Brakes play a full headline show in Manchester, there’s a few weeks before in Academy 3 in Manchester. Tickets here.
