Concrete Kid has released a new EP called CK EP. It features two singles, released in 2022 (Colour Green and Summer Pearl), as well as two other songs. The four songs were previously available on a self-released Colour Green EP CD available on some Turin Brakes tour dates in 2022. If you didn’t get a copy then, you can now stream the CK EP digitally on all platforms (for example Apple Music).
Concrete Kid is a project by Joe Gallacher, who is a familiar figure in TB World in various guises and acts, has Olly’s hands and talents all over it. Olly’s involved as a producer and also contributes to the music. The sound can best be described as beautiful, melodic space folk.
