Viva La Sociale are excited to announce that Turin Brakes will be headlining our June event to be held on 29thJune 2012
Following the release of the album “Outbursts” and last autumn’s sell out “Optimist” LP anniversary tour, Viva La Sociale are proud to be selected for one of Turin Brakes few special one-off shows and festival appearances in the run up to recording their new album.
Turin Brakes duo, Olly Knights and Gale Paridjanian along with Rob Allum (drums), and Eddie Myer (bass) will be giving the full band experience to guests at the show. Expect all the favourite tunes and maybe one or two newbies!
An exclusive competition to win one of five signed copies of their album “The Optimist” will be open to ticket buyers only. Details can be found on the website.
Turin Brakes established themselves on the music scene with the Mercury Music Prize nominated album “The Optimist” in 2001. Since then, the band has gone on to produce a number of critically acclaimed studio albums.
